Do you have a keen eye for design and aesthetics? If you like the chance to create the look and feel of some of our billion dollar brands, this is a role for you! The Design Manager, Brand Identity helps elevate design assets across Packaging, Point-of-Sales, Digital and Advertising to the higher standards, bringing our brands to life in stores, online, and in the hands of our consumers. You will act as the regional project lead, collaborating with global counterparts to ensure consistent standards of brand identity across markets.
Leads projects by applying Design Mastery to programs, projects and initiatives. Collaborates across One Design and multi-functional projects/initiatives/teams to bring the project(s) to life and execute the strategy.
Some of the key areas will be:
Packaging design: development from idea to high resolution (artwork finalization, rendering, choice of color, materials and finishes that go along with the design. This also includes adaptation of existing designs to new formats.
Point of sale design: visual strategy from idea to execution, including adaptation of existing design to new formats.
Digital assets creation: in house development or/art direction for external creation.
Ideation of visual world and/or adoption of global brand’s visual identity to regional projects.
Job Qualifications
Education, Experience, and Abilities:

A portfolio with an emphasis on packaging and visual identities that will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling and quality in eye for beauty and crafting of details
BS/BA in Graphic design or similar discipline.
Software fluency in Adobe CS (with emphasis in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Mastery on Illustration and photography are a plus.
Bold portfolio with 3-5 years industry experience, preferably working as a designer for a design or advertising agency.
Devoted passion for beauty brands or experience in working in beauty will also be a plus to consider candidate.
