Actualmente DuPont en la Ciudad de México está buscando Estudiantes Universitarios para ingresar al Programa de Becarios en el area de Customer Service del negocio DuPont Water & Protection.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán/harás lo siguiente:​

Soporte general al equipo de Customer Service LatamElaborar informes de open ordersSoporte al equipo de Customer Service en transacciones en el ERP SAPCreación de presentaciones PPTUso de la herramienta CRM, creación/cambio de datos maestros de clientesApoyo al líder regional de CSR en actividades generalesOrganización de reuniones mensuales, informe de seguimiento de asistencia, resumen de actualizaciones mensuales

Requisitos:​

Ser alumno de las carreras de Administración de empresas, Comercio Internacional, Comercio Exterior, Economia, Actuaría o similares (con fecha de graduación entre Diciembre de 2026 y Diciembre de 2027)Nivel avanzado demostrable de inglés (habilidades escritas, leídas, habladas y escuchadas).Manejo de las herramientas de Office. (Excel / Word / Power Point / One Drive). Power BI es un plus.Flexibilidad/adaptabilidad en un entorno de equipo dinámico y acelerado. Habilidades de trabajo en equipo.Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.Servicio al cliente orientado a la satisfacción.Organizado.Habilidad de análisis y síntesis.

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*. We also announced that we would retain the Water business. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and successful separation process for the Future Electronics business.
