The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Beertenders to join our team atScottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Beertender, you will provide our guests with the highest level of customer service while serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments on event and game days.

This position is a seasonal position that begins mid-February. Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium will be held from February 23rd through March 22nd with typical shift availability needed from 9 am – 5 pm. Example: 9 am start time for a 1 pm game with gates opening at 11 am.

What will you do? Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Serve beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to company alcohol service policies and procedures Maintain beverage stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies Produce sales and inventory reports Perform opening and closing checks More about you Must be at least 19 years of age Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant required Available to work Spring Training event/game days. Must have or obtain a Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required Previous experience using computerized POS system required Physical requirements Ability to remain standing for entire length of shift.
