We are looking for Before & After School Program Staff to work in Ebensburg Area Elementary Schools before and after school hours.

Supervision and Safety:
Supervise students during arrival and departure times. Ensure a safe and secure environment for all program participants.Activity Planning and Implementation:
Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, including games, arts and crafts, and homework assistance. Implement a well-rounded curriculum to promote students' physical, social, and intellectual development.Homework Assistance:
Provide support and assistance to students with homework assignments. Foster a positive attitude toward learning during homework time.Communication:
Maintain open communication with parents, school staff, and program participants. Provide updates on students' activities and progress.Behavior Management:
Implement behavior management strategies in accordance with program policies. Encourage positive behavior and social interactions among students.Equipment and Supplies:
Ensure that program equipment and supplies are organized and well-maintained. Report any issues or needs to program supervisors.
