**Overview** The **Behavior Analyst I** will provide clinical services, clinical supervision, and case management for Clinical Outcomes cases as specified by the Director, Clinical Outcomes. The incumbent will participate in hiring, supervising, and evaluating Clinical Outcomes staff, and participate in programs of systematic research. **Responsibilities** 1. Provide direct clinical services, clinical supervision and case management of outpatients. 2. Provide supportive clinical services to families of outpatients. 3. Complete administrative tasks, as assigned. 4. Participate in research projects involving the assessment and treatment of behavior disorders. 5. Participate in hiring, supervising and evaluating Clinical Outcomes staff. 6. Participate in administrative and clinical meetings as necessary. **Qualifications** **EDUCATION:** Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, education, or a related discipline required. **EXPERIENCE:** + Minimum two years of experience in a multi-disciplinary setting working with children with and without disabilities is preferred. + Experience in conducting research and communicating research findings via professional conferences, peer reviewed journals, seminars, etc. preferred. **Benefits** Kennedy Krieger Institute offers excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, tuition reimbursement, free parking and childcare subsidies!
