Each individual also may be assigned to one or more special projects including administrative and organizational tasks associated with these assignments. Essential Job Duties: The Behavior Support Technician must be able to successfully perform all essential functions of the position. + Provide behavioral consultation to teams under the guidance of the Behavior Support Consultants. + Provide crisis intervention for individuals. + Collect, organize and maintain data. + Assist with training of staff in best practice methods. + Assist with the completion of reports. + Conduct all duties, responsibilities, and daily activities in accordance with current best practice and ethical guidelines requirements. Skills: + Computer skills + Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular). Registered Behavior Tech Certification preferred.
