We’re looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager (BCBA) to help ensure children receive the right care at the right time! What You’ll Do: + Provide case management and care coordination for children with autism and developmental disabilities. + Review treatment plans and collaborate with providers for quality care. + Assist members and families in navigating services and resources. + Work closely with community agencies, medical professionals, and internal teams. + Support behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment authorizations. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Active, unrestricted BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board). ✔ 3+ years of experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. ✔ Strong knowledge of ABA therapy, special education, and behavioral interventions. ✔ Ability to engage with families and support them through the care process. ✔ Passion for making an impact in the behavioral health community.
