Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment for clients in an Intensive Outpatient Setting Provide therapeutic interventions including group therapy, individual therapy, psychoeducation groups, and crisis management to clients with psychiatric and co-occurring disorders Provide case management services as needed, including information, referral and linkages Work with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, social work and other practitioners to deliver comprehensive care to clients Conduct group and individual interventions utilizing CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and trauma informed care Communicate across departments to ensure comprehensive care and process clinical referrals Obtain insurance authorizations and participate in utilization reviews Complete timely and accurate documentation utilizing Electronic Health Records Collaborate with providers,  and other relevant supports to ensure excellent clinical care.
