Behavioral Health Clinician- Full Time

Provide psychotherapeutic services including individual, group and family treatment for an adolescent intensive outpatient program.
Principal Accountabilities:
Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for patients in need of intensive behavioral health services. Completing and analyzing evidenced based screening tools and assessments. Along with patient, develop treatment plans, including clear problem statement, treatment goal(s), with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns. Manage case load comprised of moderate to high acuity patients. Able to conduct multiple psycho-educational, therapeutic and skills groups, individual and family therapy services. Collaborate with other mental health and educational professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation records. Work within a multi-disciplinary team to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices in the field of behavioral health. Complete all mandatory AHS trainings and competencies as assigned.
