Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator – LMSW or LMHC Full-time Monday-Friday Position is split between Bethpage location three days/week (one evening required) & Seaford location two days/week Salary: $35-40/hour CHARLES EVANS CENTER, INC. The Charles Evans Center (CEC Healthcare) is a not-for-profit organization that operates a Federally Qualified Health Center, behavioral health clinical services and mental health residential programming. We provide care with excellence and compassion to underrepresented populations and always strive to meet the unique health care needs of each person served, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, serious mental health and substance use concerns. This is accomplished using a truly integrated, and culturally informed approach to care delivery. CEC services are available to all community members and Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, and private insurance plans are accepted. CEC also provides care to individuals with limited incomes with a focus on preventative healthcare and wraparound supportive services to ensure healthy lifestyles. We are currently seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator. This position will be coordinating intakes for behavioral health programs by corresponding with referral sources, screening incoming patients, obtaining supporting documentation and conducting 1 on 1 comprehensive assessments with diagnostic recommendations.
