Duties & Responsibilities: + Participates in internal and external meetings between Healthfirst, external agencies, NY State partners, and essential providers + Receive and respond to requests for information regarding provider and member-specific information + Generate ad hoc and repeat reporting to support the Behavioral Health department + Performs other duties as assigned and required Minimum Qualifications: + Undergraduate students must be a junior or senior at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program.
