Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Provide behavioral health counseling services. + Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals. + Administer individual and group therapy. + Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations. + Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions. + Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community. + Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + One or more of the following required: + Counselor credentialed from the Tennessee Board for Professional Counselors and Marital and Family Therapists obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Bachelor Social Worker credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Social Workers obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Tennessee Board of SocialWorkers obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted preferred.
