Behavioral Health Nurse (BHN) - Home Health
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
This is a full-time position located in San Diego, CA
Compensation band: $00 to $ per hour
The Behavioral Health Nurse plans, organizes and directs home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on behavioral health and psychiatric diagnoses as well as community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individual and families within their homes and communities.

BHN Position Requirements:-  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Minimum one (1) year of recent (within the last 3 years) RN psychiatric experience. - Current licensure in State, BLS hands-on CPR certification. - Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree with one year of home health care experience desired. - Prolonged or considerable walking or standing. - Able to lift, position or transfer patients. - Able to lift supplies and equipment. - Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling or crouching.
