Behavioral Health Technician for our McDowell Road location in Phoenix, AZ. 

20 hours Part-Time, Employee (No Benefits)

Hours are flexible per staff's personal schedule Monday-Friday and or Weekends 8am-4pm

Behavioral Health Technician Duties Include:

Working with persons with SMI designation that are transitioning into Permanent Supportive Housing Connect clients to community resources and collaborate with them in developing goals to sustain housing on a long-term basis Build community relationships and coordinate care Assess service needs of each individual, create treatment plans and case management with coordination of care of all entities involved  Working in the community and 1-2 with clients in their home
