**Overview** Novant Health is seeking an experienced Therapist II for mental health and substance use assessments thatcanadapt to each unique client, as well as display proficient knowledge and experience in implementing and coordinating treatment plans while considering various cultures and age groups.This therapist wouldbe responsible forcrisis assessments within the hospital setting and coordination of discharge planning and admissions. Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field required. + **Experience:** One year of experience required. + **Licensure/certification/registration:** LPC, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist PMHCNS (Psych Mental Health Clinical Nurse Spec) or LMFT required. _Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096._ + **Additional skills required:** Good working knowledge of computers.
