UPMC’s Bellefield Outpatient Clinic is looking for multiple Behavioral Health Therapists to join the team! Bellefield OP is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services both in-person and virtually to adults facing a variety of challenges. We support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Our Behavioral Health Therapist is eligible for a Sign on Bonus!!

1-year work commitment–$5,000

2-year work commitment–$7,000

3-year work commitment–$10,000

Responsibilities:

·       Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

·       Completes same-day clinical documentation and provides necessary information for service authorization.

·       Reviews cases and patient condition changes with the supervisor and clinical team.

·       Assesses and updates patient needs and treatment plans.

·       Conducts new patient assessments under supervision and implements treatment models.

·       Provides individual and group therapy, engages families, and educates patients on recovery.

·       Documents all patient interactions and case management activities.

·       Discusses additional service needs with the clinical team and makes referrals as needed.

·       Participates in treatment team meetings to review and update treatment plans.

·       Maintains daily clinical productivity records.

·       Creates comprehensive treatment plans for patients with diverse needs.
