Behavioral Specialist- Part Time

Richmond Community Services is seeking a Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) to develop and implement behavior support plans that promote growth and independence.Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop, implement, and revise behavior support plans based on assessments and data analysis
+ Train and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in behavioral interventions
+ Conduct functional assessments and monitor progress through data collection
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external committees
+ Participate in meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training
+ Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Qualifications & Requirements:
+ Master's degree in Psychology or a related field (BCBA preferred)
+ Experience in behavioral or clinical services (preferably with developmental disabilities)
+ Valid NYS driver's license and access to a vehicle
+ Ability to work a flexible 21-hour workweek, with potential for extended hours
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay: $32.15 - $36.21 per hour (commensurate with experience)
