Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA services to children, using proven methods to help them grow and behave positively. Be an important part of our team, helping to carry out skill-building and care plans. Keep track of session data accurately using devices. Create a positive learning space for clients and connect with their families. Work together with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Eager to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism. Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in tough situations.

Need to Know:

Services will be provided in clients' homes or community locations. All positions start part-time. You’ll need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. We’re looking for candidates willing to commit for at least 6 months to help change our clients’ lives.
