Key Accountabilities

 

Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people Greet and assist guests as they enter and leave the Hotel. Store and retrieve luggage from storage as requested while maintaining the cleanliness and efficient operation of luggage storage.

 

 

 

General Requirements

 

Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment Ability to multi-task and be well organized. Knowledge of hotel features and amenities Knowledge of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills areas along with The Peninsula Group as requested.
