Essential duties and responsibilities

Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel services and facilities, tours, transportation and restaurant recommendationsAssist guests in and out of vehicles, including assist guests with loading/unloading luggageHandle parcels, letters and messages inflow and outflowHandle inquiries and requests from all guests with friendliness and professionalismEnsure all Bell related job tasks are distributed efficiently with the staffing on hands

Requirements

Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantageMinimum 2－4 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotelProficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essentialHigh standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
