Your Journey

Welcome guests to the hotel and ensure a pleasant arrival and departureCoordinate with Valet Parking vendor in handling guest’s valet parkingMaintain hotel front driveListen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voiceAnswer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding outlet hours, other hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.    Assist with full-cycle guest luggage program and shoeshinesFacilitate hotel room orientations, deliver amenities, packages and other items to guest rooms as neededDeliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW momentsPerform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for an extended period of timeAbility to lift and carry up to 60 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shiftAbility to push and pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs. on a regular and continuing basisMust be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfil cleaning tasksRequires listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
