THE JOB

As a Bell Person at Bellagio, you will set the stage for the ultimate guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. You will enhance the guest experience by providing distinguished hospitality when handling guests’ luggage and belongings, facilitating efficient transportation arrangements, and delivering personalized assistance with professionalism and courtesy.  Understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. 

STARTING PAY RATE: $15.0314 Per Hour + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Smile and greet, warmly interact with, and assist guests and hotel staff in a professional mannerCurate defining moments for both guests and co-workers by rendering a high level of hospitality that is in line with Company and Property core service standards and brand attributesMaintain a positive attitude, outgoing personality, demeanor and professional appearanceCollect, transport, deliver, and store luggage and guest itemsAssist with group deliveries, group baggage, and various amenitiesOrient guests to guest rooms and propertyComplete applicable documentation, tickets, and other bell related formsMake and receive phone calls requesting information, services and deliveries

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Need to be 18 years of age or olderMust be able to lift and carry a minimum of 75 pounds up to 100 poundsMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

One (1) year or more of Guest Facing Customer Service experienceOne (1) year of more of related experience in a similar resort settingAbility to demonstrate a positive attitude and has an outgoing personalityExperience in a AAA 5 Diamond, Mobil 5 Star, or Forbes hotel/resort settingTech-Savvy with a well-rounded knowledge of handheld mobile application devicesAbility to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledgeable of various hotel systems such as Opera, HotSOS, and MS ShiftBasic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as standard office equipmentAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsMaintain a professional, neat and well‐groomed appearance adhering to company standards
