As a Seasonal Bell/Valet Attendant, you will provide a warm welcome to guests, assist with luggage, and offer information about hotel amenities and local attractions. You’ll coordinate transportation, respond promptly to guest inquiries, and ensure the Bell Stand remains clean and organized. By collaborating with hotel departments and maintaining accurate records, you’ll help create seamless, personalized guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued upon arrival. Luggage Assistance: Transport guests’ luggage to and from their vehicles and rooms promptly and courteously. Information Resource: Offer detailed directions, operating hours, and information about hotel amenities, facilities, and nearby attractions to enhance the guest experience. Guest Requests: Respond promptly to calls and inquiries at the Bell Stand, fulfilling requests with attentiveness and care. Transportation Coordination: Assist guests with transportation arrangements to ensure their convenience and ease of travel. Clean & Organized Environment: Maintain the Bell Stand area in a polished and organized condition to reflect the high standards of our resort. Complaint Resolution: Address guest concerns professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the front desk and other hotel departments to deliver a cohesive and exceptional guest experience. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain Bell Stand supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and services provided for personalized and efficient experiences.
