Job Summary: For many of our Guests, staying at one of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels is a dream come true. Bell Services Cast Members is responsible to greet our Guests at the resort hotels, assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, and provide luggage transportation service to and from guest rooms.


Responsibilities: Transport Guest luggage to different locations such as Guest Rooms / Vehicles / Storage.Care and storage of guest propertyDirect traffic at the hotel drivewaysNeed to work at outdoor environmentProactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel / resort or surrounding areasAs a Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Cast Member, you will be expected to exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to our Guests and maintain the show quality of our resort. Basic Qualifications: No previous experience required and comprehensive training will be providedAbility to speak Cantonese/English/Putonghua (Non Chinese Speaking candidates are welcome) Additional Information: SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
