Key Responsibilities: + Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with unloading and delivering luggage to their rooms. + Provide helpful information about the property, amenities, and local attractions. + Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and ensuring their comfort. + Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas and entryways. + Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a smile. + Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Front Desk or Management Team. Skills & Requirements: + A positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent customer service skills. + Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. + Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 pounds) and navigate stairs. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. + A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
