We are seeking a passionate Bellman to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and flawless service throughout their stay.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival.Assist guests with luggage handling – including loading, unloading, delivery to rooms, and secure storage.Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel facilities, services, and room features.Maintain lobby presence, offering assistance and anticipating guest needs at all times.Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Valet to ensure seamless guest service.Assist with transportation arrangements (taxis, limousines, transfers).Handle guest requests, preferences, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
