**Bell Attendant** **Description for Internal Candidates** Are you passionate about creating a warm and welcoming first impression? We’re looking for a Bell Attendant who will be the face of our hotel, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests. **A little taste of your day-to-day:** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: + Greeting guests warmly and assisting with luggage, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. + Escorting guests to their rooms while providing helpful information about hotel services and amenities. + Handling guest requests professionally, including arranging transportation and offering concierge-style assistance. + Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas. + Assisting with deliveries and special guest requests promptly. + Collaborating with the front office and concierge teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience. **What we need from you:** + Prior experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel is an advantage. + A friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. + Physical ability to lift and transport luggage. + Good communication skills and fluency in the local language.
