Provides Direct front desk customer assistance, directs and provides information to customers, and facilitates the resolution of customer concerns and queries.Exhibits courteous manner and excellent problem solving skills via email, telephone, and in person.Provides information to students and families regarding the options for obtaining financial aid, the process for requesting aid, and the eligibility requirements for receiving and maintaining aid.Assists with navigating the registration process, troubleshooting with students as well 
Provide basic support, information, and guidance for the Offices of the Registrar, Student Financial Services and Admissions.
