As a Bench Service Technician, you will have to make the necessary repairs on a variety of dental appliances and other related products. You will have to learn and follow the manufacturers' repair instructions. **Essential Functions** + Obtain the necessary approvals from the customer by submitting a repair cost assessment. + Repair, gauge, modify and update defective equipment in accordance with manufacturer's technical specifications. + Meet deadlines according to established standards. + Maintain accurate records of repairs and testing results. + Manage loaner fleet (repair and availability). + Have a sound understanding of equipment operation to be able to provide the necessary support to customers on usage and maintenance. + Be a reference source for other technicians. + Performs other duties as assigned. **Job Qualifications** + Electronics diploma or any other relevant experience. + Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently + 2-3 years of repair work experience. + Strong organizational skills, sound judgment and excellent decision-making abilities. + Excellent computer skills. + Knowledge of the dental or medical industry is an asset. + Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
