Your Role:
Providing technical resolutions in medical parts repair and testing while supporting APM Operations, communicating solutions or actions, taking ownership, and acting in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Accurately documenting Quality Assurance Work Order records, which include diagnostics, resolution & test procedures, using the digital ERP system and capturing solutions for knowledge sharing.
Recording test & repair time, parts consumed/returned/failures in real-time via the digital ERP system.
Handling escalations, complaints (safety/non-safety related), or feedback and following agreed processes to ensure accurate capture of information for timely follow-up.
Demonstrating a customer-first attitude and exhibiting excellent written communication and documentation skills, as well as proficiency in computer, PC, and internet use.
Determine cost-effective repair solutions to minimize test and repair time.

You're the right fit if:
High school diploma required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree with focus in electronics or engineering, preferred.
1+ years of relevant experience required; 3+ years of relevant experience is highly preferred.
Experience in Healthcare and ERP system like Salesforce.com is preferred.
Detail oriented with interest in data, database management and analytics.
Logical problem solver able to work independently.
Solid technical knowledge and experience in Engineering fundamentals.

The pay range for this position in TN is $22.28 to $38.19 an hour.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
