Job Title: Claims Adjudication Specialist Job Description: + Apply pharmacy and benefit configurations based on change requests. + Research and troubleshoot basic claims issues. + Understand internal system logic for claims processing. + Ensure customer satisfaction by working with internal teams to meet business requirements. + Use standard methods to avoid inefficient configurations. + Validate new plan configurations through testing. + Document clients' plan designs and best practices. + Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate claims processing. Expectations: + Follow detailed instructions and work with complex data. + Apply basic math concepts like fractions and percentages. + Read and interpret business and technical documents. + Write reports and communicate effectively with various groups. + Gather business requirements and interact positively with clients and colleagues. + Be accountable for meeting service commitments and achieving results. + Be punctual, follow directions, work well with others, and comply with company policies.
