Benefit Operations Business Excellence Lead - Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant

**About this role:**
Benefit Operations delivers service and support for benefit-related processes and programs to employees across Wells Fargo. Our team is seeking a Business Excellence Lead who will support operational stability, drive key priorities including proactively and effectively maturing our process management and ongoing operational efficiencies. This position requires both tactical and strategic execution to meet all objectives. This role will partner with key stakeholders in Total Rewards Product/Technology, Business Control, Audit, Risk and Legal partners as well as cross-functional partners across the benefits and operations lifecycle.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Develop plan and manage realignment of benefit operations processes; includes moving non-benefit or leave processes to other functions
+ Ensure integration of regulatory changes into operational processes, where applicable
+ Oversee continuous improvement, streamlining and automation.
+ Ensure execution of all change readiness activities across all Ben Ops functions for all programs/projects and issues (e.g., test plans deliver requirements, update/train procedures and controls)
+ Develop the overarching strategy and plan to mature processes and tool by identifying Workday gaps and implement tool enhancements related to both ServiceNow and Workday.
+ Partner with Business Control Lead to ensure Service Model and all relevant RCSA document are proactively updated
+ Establish and monitor performance metrics and OKRs; develop cross-business dashboards and metrics for both daily operational management and decision making.
+ Drive change readiness for programs, large projects, issue management – ensure delivery of updates or new process, procedures, controls, reports and training and communications thereof.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ People manager within a Benefits or HR shared service environment
+ Leave operations experience
+ Experience managing or leading others in a matrixed environment
+ Experience with ServiceNow and Workday
+ Six sigma, process improvement/excellence experience
+ Experience developing metrics (i.e., KPIs, KRIs, OKRs ) and reporting
+ Experience managing large-scale change readiness projects or programs
+ Experience writing or updating procedure or writing issue summary memos
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
+ Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
**Job Expectations:**
+ Position will require onsite presence from Charlotte, NC, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
+ Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
+ Ability to travel up 10 % of the time.
+ Position will support global work across multiple time zones.
