Benefit Specialist - On Site - Las Vegas, NV

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Benefit Specialist to join our team! In this role, you are responsible for working with Imagine360's Client Experience, Client and Member Services teams to drive success by building relationships between our client, their members and internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidates will employ not only their administrative and relationship building skills, but also their consultative skills to identify pain points, qualify and define strategic initiatives, and facilitate innovative solutions to ensure client engagement and success.\n

This Benefit Specialist supports our client located in Las Vegas, NV. This is an On-Site position located at: 6200 W. Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89146\n
\n

This is primarily a day shift position but the Benefit Specialist will attend new hire orientation 2-4 times per year and also an annual health fair that requires attendance in the evening or a Saturday afternoon.\n
\n

\n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nServe as the go-to resource for internal teams on client's product and process knowledge and collaborate with team mates to help them deliver the best possible service experience for the client.\nRespond to client communications, concerns, follow-up, and inquiries efficiently to ensure highest level of satisfaction and work closely with our Client Services team to assure customer satisfaction.\nUnderstand product and program guidelines and work to educate Relationship Managers and customers on the capabilities of and best practices for client.\nServe as the liaison to the support organization for client knowledge, and appropriately manage escalations.\nHandle and coordinate elevated internal and external member issue resolution with confidence and a sense of urgency. Act as point person for member inquiries, issues and concerns. Direct, quarterback and ensure timely issue resolution and remediation.\nTake meeting minutes using Robert's Rules of Order.\nPerform all administrative tasks required to ensure client's satisfaction and compliance with contract terms, including office operations, attendance and participation at board meetings, and interaction with service vendors.\nAssist with general bookkeeping on behalf of Trust.\nComplete reconciliation of payroll and eligibility reports and work with the employer, PERS and members to ensure accurate payments.\nCompile periodic reports for Trustees.\nGuide and support the member through the enrollment, claims and balance bill defense process while working closely with our client, Client Experience, our legal team and external stakeholders to facilitate timely issue resolution and ensure a positive member experience. As the client and member champion, provide best-in-class advocacy via comprehensive oversight, proactive outreach and white-glove service throughout the member journey.\nAttend, facilitate and coordinate Wellness fairs and New Orientation programs.\nDistribute plan information to participants of benefit programs as necessary.\nInteraction with all internal teams to assist in overall customer satisfaction and partner with the CRM team and the client to identify success criteria and create action plans to achieve desired results.\n\n

Required Experience \/ Education:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED;\n\nBachelors Degree in Business or related concentration preferred\n\n\n2+ years' experience in client services, account management, or similar customer service related field\nExperience driving successful, solution-oriented client engagement; handling difficult internal and external business challenges; and delivering exceptional client service that results in high client retention\nExperience in healthcare and\/or employee benefits\nProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel spreadsheets.\n\n
