Get to Know the Opportunity:

As a Client Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of the Benefitfocus Platform. During the process you’ll provide your Benefitfocus product and implementation expertise while working with Human Resources and Benefits representatives to understand customer business requirements. You’ll configure the application and test the Benefitfocus solution to ensure all customer needs are being met. This position requires a self-motivated, customer-focused professional with strong follow-through who consistently delivers on commitments to customers and fellow internal stakeholders alike.

Please Note:  Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule. 

The Contributions You’ll Make:

Define and drive the overall Enrollment solution for our Carrier business partners, and their respective clients.Display sound knowledge of common healthcare practices, and the digital translation\transmission of enrollment data from one trading partner to another.Facilitate discovery sessions, product overviews, trainings, and general project meetings for all newly assigned customer implementations.Recognize and understand client business needs and guide solutions proactively.
Create accurate and concise requirements to support continuous data quality improvements.Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, research, and resolve questions and issues regarding new implementation projects.Successfully handle multiple projects at once using several different applications.Ability to confidently communicate with operational teams, HR teams, engineering and executive level partners on a daily basis.Other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:

1-2+ years related experienceBasic understanding of project implementation methodology and techniques
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PP, etc.)Ability to learn proprietary technology quickly through instruction, team collaboration and self-directed learning.Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skillsStrong communication skills required.

Preferred Education & Experience:

BS/BA Degree preferred.Salesforce knowledge a plus.Industry experience highly preferred: Insurance, Benefits Administration, Benefits Consulting, SaaS, Healthcare, BPO.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya may offer incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
