\n\n Improves participant decision-making process by advising participants on plan provisions.\n Respond to client-specific inquiries, including telephone and web correspondence.\n Identifies solutions service short defect trends. Works with the manager to develop a resolution.\n Provides feedback and coaching to agents regarding adherence to payment set-ups and timelines. \n Processing retirement benefit applications, verifying the accuracy of the information, and reaching/investigating past service and related credits.\n Performing routine and recurring plan administration tasks for client’s defined benefit plans.\n Analyzing pension benefits to process calculations and provide communications to our clients.\n Researching and responding to plan-participant issues to resolve pension services such as eligibility, calculation review, and delivery.\n Collaborating with team members to review pension benefit questions and queries.\n Reviewing benefit reports to find solutions and provide recommendations to our management team.\n Performing reporting and data analysis to display pension benefit information in a readable format.\n Learning and using tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output/service delivery.\n Reviewing benefit reports, including Business Requirements Document (BRD), and acting as needed.\n Following and updating documentation materials as directed to maintain complete, accurate work papers and audit trails.\n QA the work of others. \n Assists junior employees by answering questions.\n Performs other duties as assigned.\n Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is.$40,320 minimum -$50,400 midpoint.\n\n
