\nAbout the Benefits Administration Services Associate III role:
\nAs a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, and actively listening, while discussing retirement and survivor benefits. You will manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating through multiple systems.
\nOur call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our client’s success.
\nRequirements:
\nWe’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have:
\n\n Required experience working a caseload, with retirement benefits, pension, or 401K.\n Experience in high- volume calls.\n Excellent communication skills.\n MS Office proficiency, Word and Excel intermediate level.\n Great problem- solving skills.\n Ability to effectively multi-task.\n High School diploma or GED.\n Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program.\n\nBelow is what you’ll need to do to be considered for this position. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $16.15/hr. during training and $17.50/hr. regular payrate.
