About the Role:

Administers benefit plans for the company by completing monthly audits, billings, and updating vendors in our system. Administers company wellness programs and activities designed to improve organizational wellness, physical, emotional, social, financial, and physical health, and well-being. Manages and oversees all aspects of employee wellness program. Assists Benefits Team with any tasks as needed and answers employee benefit questions.

What you'll do:Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programsResolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely mannerDevelop, implement, and maintain comprehensive, innovative wellness programs and events in the alignment of the organization's wellness goals and objectives to improve employee health and well-being.Maintains wellness platform including physical and mental health programs;Applies for and maintains company status for awards and certificates that deal with physical and mental wellness programs.Liaise with vendors and coordinate contracts for new and existing plans.Assist Benefits Team with employee questions and any projects as they come up. Assist with monthly audits and billings for vendors. Assist with vendor fairs, blood drives, and yearly screenings.Evaluate the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with payroll and ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely mannerOther duties as assigned.What you'll need:Bachelor’s degree in one of the following Human Resources, Business, Finance, Exercise and Wellness, Public Health, Exercise Science/Nutrition, or Related field of study.Proficient in Microsoft Office including Strong MS Excel skills and PowerPoint knowledgeBe a team player.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical capabilities.Attention to detail.0-2 years work experienceOur Benefits & Perks:
