Clarivate is currently seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our growing, Global Benefits team! Partnering with team members around the world, you will be responsible for supporting the operation and design of benefit programs, and consulting with internal stakeholders.  A true champion for colleague well-being, you will be highly organized, personable, and exceptionally resourceful.

This position in India, Bangalore is an amazing opportunity to join our dynamic Global Benefits team. This position will report to the Director of Global Benefits.

About You:  Experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 

Bachelor’s degree2+ years of benefits specialist experience supporting multinational operationsExpertise in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication skills (written and oral) with ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and objectively in both written and spoken English.Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex datasetsExperience with invoice processing

It would be great if you also had the following.

Prior or current experience working for a Technology-related company Experience working for a global organization across multiple time zoneExperience using Workday

What will you be doing in this role? 

Administration of employee benefit programsData analysis and update of databases (benefit summaries, knowledge articles, etc)Supporting annual renewal processes and submitting renewal reports to consultants/vendorsAnnual employee enrollment exercises as well as ad hoc additions/terminations to/from benefits through the yearMonthly updates of employee benefits data to Payroll teamProcessing benefit invoices/reimbursements/allowances, partnering with vendors and Accounts Payable team for timely execution of payment.Workday Help administration & handling of employee inquiriesGlobal well-being program supportSpecial Benefits projects ad hoc support

The Global Benefits team functions as a center of expertise at Clarivate, supporting colleagues in more than 40 countries worldwide.

Hours of Work  

The Global Benefits team works across multiple time zones and currently has team members in the United States, the United Kingdom and Serbia.

Work Mode

We operate on a five-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, following a hybrid work model.
