What will you do?

A day in the life of a Benefits Analyst at VF looks a little like this.

Benefit Analyst is accountable for managing projects that cross multiple domains to ensure timely completion of deliverables, achievement of objectives, and meeting or exceeding operational measures for the Health and Welfare related benefit offerings. This includes owning and completing complex tasks, project planning and management and coordination with internal and external business partners. In addition, the analyst is responsible for ensuring quality including identifying process improvements that will lead to improvements in quality and efficiency. The analyst will respond promptly, thoughtfully, and effectively to changing work environments, changing priorities and new situations and will possess the skills and ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal resources and third parties.

Independently handle complex tasks such as escalation management, report analysis and communication to key stakeholders

Reviews and sign off on processing deliverables to ensure adherence to plan rules and requirements.

Serves a project lead in coordinating work for Health and Welfare related benefit offerings. This includes project management of end-to-end processes, recommending improvements to benefits and compliance actions for new legislation and managing third party groups to meet their respective project deadlines.

Assists with the Annual Enrollment process from planning through implementation.

Integrates with Service Center, payroll, COE and Workday support team to provide seamless employee resolutions with a focus on the employee experience.

Partners with Benefits manager and other business clients to understand and support business objectives by providing timely analytical support, reporting and data to meet their needs.

Ensures SOPs for processing are up to date and match requirements.

Provides complete and accurate responses for employee or process related issues that are escalated to HR partners and senior leaders.

Work closely with Manager to coordinate and assist on specific projects and benefits program implementations or changes.

What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 4 + years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

Undergraduate degree in related field

4+ years of experience in a related role or discipline Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills · Solid interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Familiarity with Workday or other administrative system

Graduate degree in human resources, business or related discipline preferred.

Understanding of the fundamentals of health and welfare and broader benefit design preferred · Subscribes to the highest standards of ethics and business/personal integrity.

Detail oriented, results driven.

Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize work for self and others.

Clear, concise communication skills (verbal, written)

Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Suite)

Flexible and adaptable to change.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive records and information.

Location requirements: Hybrid, in office 3 days out of the week.

Hiring Range:

$21.20 USD - $26.50 USD per hour

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
