The global Human Resource (HR) Function provides an integrated talent management system that delivers a workforce that is Corning's competitive differentiator in the global marketplace.

Purpose of the Position:
This position will provide key analytical support for Corning’s Benefits processes, administration, and vendor payments. The position will be highly analytical and require interpreting complex data sets. The role collaborates closely with other benefit team members and finance. It’s a role that requires attention to detail.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Data analysis on employee benefit elections Facilitate payments to vendors Reconcile financials for benefit programs Audit work completed by outsourcers Reconcile payroll data to benefit elections Provide customer service for employees and retirees Other job duties as requiredEducation & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field 0-2 years' experience
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Aptitude towards understanding customer needs (internal or external) and translating into customer requirements Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

The range for this position is $53,651.00 - $73,771.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
