Kimley-Horn is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join the corporate team in our Raleigh, North Carolina (NC). This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities Assist in administration of all firm health & welfare and retirement benefits including communication, enrollment assistance, and auditsSupport employees with benefit inquiries including general benefits education and troubleshooting issuesParticipate in benefits activities such as processing mid-year benefit changes and annual open enrollmentComplete payroll preparation tasks including semi-monthly audits to assure benefit deductions are accurateAssist with special benefit projects and employee presentations throughout the yearPrimary contact for HR partners on a wide range of benefits topicsCollaborate with benefit vendors to resolve employee benefit issuesManage and update employee information in HRIS system (UKG Pro) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field1+ years of related work experience Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship buildingAbility to work with people at all levels of the organizationHigh degree of professionalism with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations/information and maintain strict confidentialityExcellent organization, detail-orientation, and follow-through skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with limited daily supervisionExceptional client service mentality and strong work ethicExperience with Microsoft Office, including ExcelAbility and willingness to learn new software applicationsExperience with UKG Pro and AbsenceSoft preferred Why Kimley-Horn?At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
