Role SummaryThe Benefits Analyst/Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. This role involves collaborating with vendors, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders, managing service requests, conducting audits, and generating reports. The Benefits Analyst/Specialist plays a key role in analyzing data to identify trends, improving processes, and preparing insightful presentations for HR leadership, all while contributing to effective employee communication and policy compliance.What You Will DoAssist in the administration and coordination of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perksCollaborate with insurance providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations accurately and within specified deadlines.Conduct regular audits of employee data to identify any discrepancies or errors.Manage service tickets (JIRA) related to employee, manager, and HR partners' benefit requests.Generate basic reports and metrics related to employee benefits.Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, providing insights for decision-making and process improvement.Assist in the preparation and distribution of employee communicationsSupport the team in conducting periodic audits to verify compliance with internal policies and procedures.Prepare reports, data analysis, and presentations for HR leadershipWhat you will bringBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Prior experience or internship in HR or benefits is preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.#LI-FC1#B1#LI-Remote
