Job Description: The Benefits Analyst is responsible for the administration of U.S. and Canadian health benefit offerings and retirement plans for Deluxe employees and retirees. Additional Responsibilities: + Serve as the day-to-day administration and subject matter expert for Deluxe Benefit Programs and provide analysis, recommendations and communication of benefits offerings to all employees, participants and internal teams. + Provides guidance and support to people leaders and employees addressing complex benefit inquiries through resolution + Ensure effective and compliant plan administration activities including plan audits, non-discrimination testing, ACA filings, 5500 reports and enrollment reporting. + Manage vendor relationships to ensure excellent customer service, compliance with plan documents, and contract terms. + Maintain accurate records of employee benefits data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and security + Works with internal teams to ensure Workday configuration is optimal for benefit management + Performs audits to ensure data and billing integrity, ensure findings are resolved and communicated to key stakeholders + Partner with Senior Benefits Analyst, Benefits Manager and HR teams to execute projects, escalations, communications and programs as needed. Basic Qualifications (BQs) Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of related experience or HS/GED and 6 years related experience Preferred Qualifications (PQs) Education: Bachelor’s in Business , Human Resources , Finance Experience: 3 years of related experience Additional Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Compensation The compensation range for this position is $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
