Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Benefits Analyst for one of their premier clients in North Houston. This person will be backfilling one of their current employees on medical leave. He / She will be required to come onsite 4 days a week and can work remote 1 day a week. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of employee health and welfare programs, inclusive of flexible benefit programs, health benefits and 401k plan. This person needs to have heavy knowledge on Federal Rules and extensive experience with excel.
