As a Benefits Analyst, you are responsible for supporting and maintaining benefit information system(s). This position serves as the benefits systems point-of-contact to ensure data integrity, complete system testing and reporting, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Critical for success are the abilities to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner, maintain strong attention to detail, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.

What it takes:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, and 5+ years of relevant HR experience, or an equivalent combination

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel (formulas, tables, VLOOKUPs, IF functions)

PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification (desired)

Experience working in customer service (desired)
