This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Benefits and Wellness Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Local Benefits Strategy & Execution. Plan, implement, and manage benefits programs for the Philippines, including healthcare, life insurance, wellness, retirement/pension, and statutory leaves. Align local benefits strategy with RingCentral’s total rewards philosophy while ensuring relevance to regional needs.
Program Management & Operations. Oversee local benefits administration including vendor management, claims resolution, policy updates, and employee support. Partner with HR Systems to ensure Workday accurately reflects all local leave and time-off programs. Design and execute local wellness initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management. Manage relationships with local brokers, insurers, healthcare providers, and benefits vendors. Serve as a primary liaison between the Philippines office and global benefits and compliance teams.
Team Leadership. Lead and develop the local Benefits and Wellness team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Benchmarking. Monitor and ensure compliance with all Philippines statutory benefits and labor regulations. Research local market trends to ensure benefits remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Process Improvement. Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, employee experience, and program effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative workflows.
Qualifications:
Required Experience. Experience managing benefits programs in the Philippines, preferably in a multinational or tech company. Expertise with local leave administration and accommodations. Familiarity with Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.), and tax regulations.
Preferred Skills and Attributes. Experience managing global benefits/strategies. Strong knowledge of benefits compliance, reporting requirements, and best practices in the Philippines. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and implement large-scale programs. Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong analytical and communication skills with a high attention to detail. Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:
5+ years of global or international benefits administration experience, preferably in a technology company
2+ years of experience in absence and accommodation administration
2+ years of experience or knowledge of global statutory requirements and applicable laws

Team Management. Has an ability to delegate tasks, motivate and resolve conflicts, all while fostering a collaborative and adaptable team environment.
Project Management. Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive multiple concurrent projects
Critical Thinker. Strong problem-solver with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Communication Skills. Extremely attentive to detail, with superb oral and written communication skills
Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
Willing to work on mid shift, between 3pm to 12 mid night Manila time
Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
