Benefits Call Center Representative

$15/hr (Training) $16/hr (Production)

\n

Position will be on-site in Chesapeake, VA 

\n

 Training Schedules: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm  

\n

Production Schedule:  8:30AM-5:30PM, Monday - Friday 

\n

Weekends off!  

\n

Some overtime may be required. 

\n

About the Benefits call center Representative role: 

\n

As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee benefits.  Calls can range from healthcare benefits, retirement benefits and additional employee perks. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.  

\n

Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.

 Requirements 

\n

 We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have: 

\n

Previous customer service and/or call center experience  

\n

Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency 

\n

Excellent communication skills 

\n

Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding 

\n

Great problem-solving skills 

\n

Ability to effectively multi-task 

\n

High school diploma or GED  

\n

Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred. 

\n

Willing to work a shift between the hours of 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday 

\n

Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program. 

\n

Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC included), background check may potentially include employment and education verification. 

\n

Must be 18 years of age or older. 

\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time.  The estimated salary for this role is $15.00 per hour.
