\nPosition will be on-site in Chesapeake, VA
\nTraining Schedules: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
\nProduction Schedule: 8:30AM-5:30PM, Monday - Friday
\nWeekends off!
\nSome overtime may be required.

About the Benefits call center Representative role:
\nAs a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from healthcare benefits, retirement benefits and additional employee perks. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.
\nOur call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.

\nRequirements
\nWe’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have:
\nPrevious customer service and/or call center experience
\nKeyboarding and MS Office proficiency
\nExcellent communication skills
\nExtensive experience with typing and keyboarding
\nGreat problem-solving skills
\nAbility to effectively multi-task
\nHigh school diploma or GED
\nExperience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred.
\nWilling to work a shift between the hours of 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
\nAbility to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program.
\nAbility to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC included), background check may potentially include employment and education verification.
\nMust be 18 years of age or older.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary for this role is $15.00 per hour.
