About the Benefits Call Center Representative Role:
\nAs a member of the Benefits Call Center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, and discussing employee benefits. Calls may range from healthcare benefits and retirement benefits to additional employee perks. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls throughout your entire shift while navigating multiple systems. You may also be asked to perform back-office duties, such as processing claims, filing paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
\nOur call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.
\nRequirements:
\nWe’re looking for individuals who have a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the ability to deliver comprehensive solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have:
\n\n Previous customer service and/or call center experience\n Some knowledge of retirement accounts\n Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred\n Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency\n Basic computer knowledge (e.g., command prompts, shortcuts, troubleshooting system issues efficiently)\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n Strong problem-solving skills\n Ability to effectively multitask\n Ability to work independently with minor supervision\n High school diploma or GED\n Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC included); background check may include employment and education verification\n Must be 18 years of age or older\n\nWhy Join Us?

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated pay range for this role is $15.00 - $16.00.
