The Benefits Analyst incumbent will have benefits administration and design knowledge to provide accurate benefit plan explanation, provide customer service to caregivers and managers, and execute administration/plan design functions for a multi-state, multi-line organization.

Required Qualifications:
2 years - In the development, analysis and support of benefits programs and processes.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Business or HR related field of study. Coursework/Training - PHR, CEBS, CBP, HIA, GBA. PHR, CEBS, CBP, HIA, GBA upon hire. 1 year - Project management or coordination experience. 1 year - Corporate role in overseeing benefits for system with subsidiaries/divisions. 1 year - In health care and/or a union environment. Experience in HRIS or payroll system.Salary Range by Location:
