Our client, an international policy organization, has an immediate need for a long-term temporary Benefits Coordinator to support their organization in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
* Collaborate with payroll to implement retroactive adjustments accurately.
* Ensure compliance and accuracy in benefits administration.
* Efficient leave management and payroll coordination.
* Swiftly grasp leave administration challenges and effectively implement corrective measures.
* Complete other requests and duties as assigned.
About You:
* A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
* 2+ years of benefits or human resource experience in a mid-sized organization.
* Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in SharePoint and knowledge of HIPPA are required, experience with UKG is strongly preferred.
* Comprehensive understanding of relevant human resource laws/regulations.
* Detailed self-starter with ability to multitask.
About the Position:
* $23/hr-$25/hr, depending on experience.
* Long-term temporary position.
* On-site 2 days/week.
* Metro accessible office in Washington, DC.
